I have been working here as an intern with Atif Majid Sheikh and Huma Tariq who both are senior Advocates of IHC, where I am learning Criminal, Civil, Family, Rental cases and participate in proceedings, Draft applications, petitions, plaint or written statements etc and I also appear before Judges of District and Sessions Court on behalf of Senior Council for different purposes. To conclude I try to contribute everything as an Intern one can do.
I worked as an intern with Tariq Mehmood Jehangiri (Senior Advocate of Supreme Court who’s recently been elevated as Justice IHC) for the period of six months, where I learnt Criminal, Civil, Family, Rental cases and participated in proceedings. I learnt how to draft applications, petitions, plaints or written statements etc. I also learnt how to appear before the Judges of Courts to argue the case or for different purposes.
